The question being: "Shall CSSB 98(TRA) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSSB 98(TRA) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 32 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 5 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Kerttula, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson, Wolf Excused: Croft, Holm, Joule Absent: Chenault, Foster, Kapsner, Masek, Moses And so, CSSB 98(TRA) passed the House. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSSB 98(TRA).
